At Rooted Light, every item is printed just for you. Because our products are made-to-order through a trusted third-party fulfillment partner (Printful), we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering.
However, if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll gladly make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, physical damage, or in poor condition:

We’ll contact Printful on your behalf and issue a replacement at no extra cost if the issue qualifies under their policy.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was received in damaged or defective condition.
